01 What it is
The benchmark grant for productive investment in Castilla-La Mancha
Adelante Inversión funds productive investments of SMEs in Castilla-La Mancha: buying new machinery, expanding production capacity, improving facilities, renewing processes or undertaking growth investments, with up to 50% non-repayable funding.
Productive investment
Investments that play a direct role in the production process or increase added value: machinery, facilities, civil works, equipment and software.
Up to 50%, max. €400,000
The percentage depends on the company size and the project score (S3, employment, assessment criteria), without exceeding the regional maximums.
Co-financed by the ERDF
As it is co-financed with European funds, the documentary justification requirements are high: traceability of quotes, invoices, payments and project publicity.
Incentive effect: do not start the investment before applying
The project, investments or costs cannot have started (firm orders, contracts, payments on account) before filing the application. In projects above €300,000, in addition, works cannot start until the Provincial Delegation verifies the non-start and issues a certificate. Ignoring this point is the most common cause of rejection.
02 Who can apply
Who can apply for Adelante Inversión?
For-profit SMEs, whatever their legal form —including joint-ownership entities—, planning an investment at a workplace or operating establishment located in Castilla-La Mancha.
Micro-enterprise
Fewer than 10 employees and turnover or annual balance sheet not exceeding €2 million.
Small company
Fewer than 50 employees and turnover or annual balance sheet not exceeding €10 million.
Medium-sized company
Fewer than 250 employees and turnover not exceeding €50 million or balance sheet not exceeding €43 million.
Territorial scope and prior checks
Projects in any of the five provinces of Castilla-La Mancha: Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara and Toledo (industrial hubs such as Talavera de la Reina or Puertollano included). Before applying you must validate the CNAE (some activities are excluded), undertaking-in-difficulty status, tax and social security obligations, accumulated aid, financial capacity and the incentive effect.
03 What is funded
Which investments Adelante Inversión covers
The investment must be linked to the project, be necessary, be executed within the deadline and be consistent with the budget and the technical report.
Machinery and facilities
Capital equipment, machinery, technical installations and tooling linked to the project: lathes, milling machines, robots, packaging lines, industrial refrigeration…
Civil works
Construction, refurbishment, fitting-out or rehabilitation necessary for the investment project.
Buildings and warehouses
Acquisition of buildings, warehouses or premises necessary for the activity, with specific limits and requirements.
Land and site development
Land and site development linked to the implementation of the project, with percentage limits on the total.
Equipment and software
Computer equipment and software implemented for the first time, directly related to the project: ERP, CRM, production software.
Engineering
Planning and engineering associated with the civil-works investment, within the applicable limits.
Cost moderation and machinery
It pays to prepare comparable quotes and the traceability of offers, invoices and payments from the start — not all items or CNAE codes are eligible. New machinery is the most common item: with a minimum investment of €5,000 and the €400,000 grant cap, projects of up to €800,000–1,000,000 of investment can be funded.
04 Assessment criteria
How Adelante Inversión is scored: up to 130 points
To be eligible for funding, the project must reach a general minimum score of 25 points and a mandatory minimum of 5 points in feasibility. The score can also increase the aid percentage, without exceeding the maximums.
Socio-economic impact
S3 sectors, job creation, micro-enterprise, location in an industrial estate and location linked to depopulation.

Company promoted or majority-owned by women, young people or people with disabilities.
15pointsProject feasibility
Budget consistency, execution pace and financial capacity. Mandatory minimum of 5 points.

05 How it is processed
The file is won before it is filed
The process is electronic, but the key is preparing the file properly before filing, so as not to compromise the investment, eligibility or justification.

Filing at the JCCM electronic office, control of responsible declarations and follow-up of notifications.

What is Adelante Inversión?
Adelante Inversión is the grant programme of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha to fund productive investments in SMEs. It covers machinery, facilities, civil works, capital equipment and software. The 2026 call has a budget of €40 million and a maximum grant of €400,000 per company.
Does Adelante Inversión fund machinery purchases?
Yes. Buying new machinery is the most common item: capital equipment, technical installations, tooling and everything linked to the production process — lathes, milling machines, industrial robots, production lines, refrigeration facilities, packaging equipment. The grant covers up to 50% in micro and small companies and up to 40% in medium-sized ones, with a maximum of €400,000.
Is the aid a loan?
No. It is a non-repayable grant, provided the award, execution and justification conditions are met.
Can I buy machinery before applying?
It is not advisable. The investment must not have started before filing the application. This is one of the critical points of the file, known as the "incentive effect": committing to machinery, civil works or equipment before the application can disqualify the project.
Which companies can apply for Adelante Inversión?
For-profit SMEs, whatever their legal form (including joint-ownership entities), with a productive investment project in Castilla-La Mancha. How much does Adelante Inversión 2026 fund?
The maximum intensity can reach 50% for micro and small companies and 40% for medium-sized ones, with a maximum grant of €400,000 per beneficiary and call. The eligible investment ranges from €5,000 to €1.2 million, and the base percentage can be increased for S3 sectors, job creation and score.
Until when can it be applied for?
The 2026 call is open until 15 March 2027, although the €40 million budget may run out before the theoretical closing date. We recommend preparing the file in advance and filing as soon as possible.
Can it be applied for in any province?
Yes, provided the project is carried out in Castilla-La Mancha: Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara or Toledo. Industrial hubs such as Talavera de la Reina or Puertollano are fully covered.
Which costs are eligible?
Machinery, capital equipment, facilities, tooling, civil works, buildings, land, site development, planning and engineering, and computer equipment or software linked to the productive project. Intensity and per-item limits are detailed in the regulatory bases.
Does it cover the purchase of industrial warehouses or buildings?
Yes, provided the property is used for the productive activity of the funded project and meets the requirements of the bases (location in Castilla-La Mancha, link to the investment). The purchase of land and site development may also be eligible, with percentage limits.
Does it fund business software and IT?
Yes. Computer equipment and software implemented for the first time and linked to the project can be part of the eligible budget (ERP, CRM, production software, computing equipment), provided they are directly related to the productive investment.
How is the file scored?
Up to 130 points: socio-economic impact (65), groups (15), feasibility (10, with a mandatory minimum of 5), project quality (5), environmental impact (15) and new initiative or priority project (20). A general minimum score of 25 points is required, and the score can increase the aid percentage.
What is the incentive effect?
It is the principle that the grant must motivate an investment that would not otherwise have been made, or not under the same conditions. In practice: you cannot have started the works (firm orders, contracts, payments on account) before filing the application. Ignoring this point is the most common cause of rejection.
Which sectors are excluded?
The regulatory bases exclude certain activities (some CNAE codes in fishing, primary agriculture, certain industrial branches and services). Within industrial groups 13-33 there are eligible codes and excluded ones. Vantira reviews your specific CNAE before moving forward so no time is wasted.
How is the ERDF grant justified?
After the award, the project must be executed within the deadline (maximum 24 months) and supporting accounts filed with invoices, payments, contracts, photographs and a final technical report. Is the award guaranteed?
No. The award depends on meeting the requirements, the score, the available budget and the administrative validation of the file. Vantira maximises your chances, but the resolution is a decision of the Regional Government.
